This is the time of year (as opposed to July) when I jump up and down in delight that we live in California. Mid January, and we are dressed in light clothes, and romping on a sunny beach. What a gorgeous day! We took advantage of the weather and the holiday weekend and headed to Santa Cruz. The main draw at the Boardwalk this weekend, was obviously the beach. Our friends Brad, Caryn and Reed were also visiting this weekend, so we got together on beach for some visiting in the sun. This is the life.

In the top picture of Julian, he looks so much like his Daddy at that age. Wish I could find a picture that would illustrate.
