It looks like a hole, but it's just the little tooth gone sideways.  With Zoe, many firsts are a big challenge, and this one too will be hard fought.  This tooth has been loose for a couple of months, and she is in fear of its release.  Don't fret, little kitten, this is a natural progression, and a rite of passage.  Now for the string and the doorknob...
